As an owner who wants to rent out his apattment its the best option currently on the market. They fully furnished and sub let it straightaway for 12 months where other top agency struggled to find a tenant after so many months. Hassle free and cheques received on time with no issues so far so good. Well done guys just keep an eye on your end user experience as I can see many 1 star reviews recently.

The customer service is absolutely terrible. Everything is charged upfront and when you ask for anything that is not as was promised, they tell you there is nothing you can do. Service is impersonal and poor. At the rates they charge, you are much better off in a hotel.Recommendation: Do NOT pay anything upfront. That’s how they get away with you poor service after checkin. And they only provide you with the terms and conditions AFTER you pay.Just see reviews and their responses… many one star ratings and their response essentially is “we are sorry to hear that, but there is nothing we can do and we don’t take responsibility”. Avoid them and stay somewhere else.

If youre on the fence about going with Blueground, let my experience be a lesson for you. I viewed an apartment I liked and indicated interest to the sales team, the price was then immediately increased by 25% within hours as you can see in the pictures below. The company claimed they use a dynamic pricing model which is an utter lie because the apartment sat there at the new price until it came back to original price when I didn’t go for it. If the company engages in this type of dishonest and shady tactics before you give them your money, imagine what theyll do after you give it to them? Think theyll respond to maintenance requests? Do you believe theyll refund your security deposit? If you value your peace of mind, money an overall honest relationship with your landlord, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Above the smooth trouble free check-in I was overwhelmed by finding anything some one brand new to the place need, anything I thought of found it there in the studio, really so much appreciated.Also its a nice gesture from you to have the treat of the luxury dates box which I took it home as a sovereign and I replace it for a shaving kit holder put in the bath room.Just one minor thing if you could place a curtain in the window facing the kitchen will make the place more cosy and private coz its over looking the lifts areaElse you are a 7 stars accommodation providers

I stayed in an apartment in Dubai last month. Apartments are nice and well equipped HOWEVER they hide a AED 650 cleaning fee (USD $176) in the back or the contract in clause 14 which is very dodgy as the invoice as total charges which don’t include their cleaning fee. Further is about x6 times the price of a cleaner you can hire locally for 3 hours. They did not care or even respond when i raised this issue. For the price you pay I would stay away in the future

Absolutely disgusting. A disgraceful experience altogether.Be it the staff, the terms & conditions, everything. The staff are very slothful and lethargic in dealing back to the clients/candidates. They take their own granted time.Would never recommend this to anyone. If anybody is hearing out to me, save your time & book a house on AirBnb or via booking.com. I guarantee you the service would be worth-while and much affordable as compared to so called Blue-grounds vexatious and unreasonable prices.To be honest, wouldnt even rate it a 1 star. I wish there were an option was -ve 5!!BEAWARE folks!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very disappointed experience!It’s not the first time I rent from Blueground, I can’t understand their super unprofessional behavior.I never heard a rental company will package the clients luggage and will change the locks. I will wait for it. Is it a threatening?And still waiting your company and team can give me an answer.

Best place ever! Great apartment, blueground team is very professional and has everything ready for you in advance. My husband and I are highly impressed by their service. Additionally, the apartment we got was at Orra Marina - it is exceptionally clean, has a beautiful interior design and Blueground team provides you with everything you might need in your new temporary home. Highly recommend!

Better than often than a check in at any graded international hotel chain . In fact, there is a little more personal touch in dubai than my last experience in Washington DC . Anything is missing is filled in and handled instantly . The blue ground experience is constant n I hope this does not come down in the future …

Flat kitchen nonfunctional: no repair or refund by Blueground Dubai.Rent out a flat announcing kitchen with big pans and pots and 4-ring stove. Given this information on signing of rent contract, tenants would think they can use the stove for cooking meals.Manager admits that you cannot bring two pots of water or oil to cooking temperature at the same time. Technician tries to bring two pots of water(didn’t risk try with actual food) to boil, takes over 40min (going hungry!). Technician tells tenant, “This stove is like a hotel buffet hob, it can only warm up several meals slowly over hours… You’re not the first tenant complaining about.” Of 4 rings, not even 2 are working correctly at the same time.During a month-long ping-pong, Blueground answering tenants’ malfunction documentation with 100% wrong information. After finally admitting malfunctions, no refund or replacement.

Be aware that you don’t have any rights. Even if the fire alarm sets off multiple times a week at 3am and bathroom isn’t functional because of sewage smell. They don’t have a refund policy and very poor customer service. They talk and talk about fixing things, yet do nothing to fix the problem. I insisted on a refund. First they offered me two further free days, which weren’t useful because my flight was leaving. After intense fights and after repeatedly stating that Blueground doesn’t have a refund policy, they agreed to waive my cleaning fee, which was just about 6 percent of the price. Too little I think for an apartment smelling like sewage.Just go with Airbnb it’s cheaper, and a lot more customer centric.

İ am disappointed with Blueground service in Dubai. just reached mh apartment late in the midnight, slept for 3 hours and woke up to leave for office.İ couldnt find the apartment keys, the staff forgot to leave the keys in the building, can you believe?Just because of BG s poor service, i am keeping delayed of going to office. And it has been hours with no action, only phone calls.You have a very simple task, deliver a clean apartment to your customers with keys in it.How can you not even manage this and claim offering high quality service?!?

The Blueground, where customer service isn’t a thing.My wife, alone in Dubai, has repeatedly contacted ‘The Bluegound’. No text or email replies. When she managed to call and speak, the response has been off hand and failed to call back as promised in several occasions. I posted on Twitter, to them, that they had been ‘useless’ in their service and their reply was ‘we don’t appreciate such remarks about our team’. Don’t appreciate factually accurate feedback that your service has been useless? I don’t appreciate such total disregard for doing your job, politeness or customer service.In total fairness, the company’s Greek manager in Dubai eventually saw my tweet and was immediately helpful and horrified by the initial response in equal measure. He tried to be helpful but it was too late as my wife had found somewhere already.

This is all show, best to avoid. No maintenance done. Had to repair a/c 2x in 1 month. Room very hot. Waiting a month now for damage deposit. No response. They are absolutely unprofessional. THEY ALSO CHARGE 750 AED CLEANING CHARGE ON EXIT. BEWARE.

Will make you pay the highest security deposit on the market, take most of it for cleaning fees and say they will refund it in 30 days but will be much longer. These big companies promise customer service but you dont even get to meet anyone incase of an issue.

We rented our appartment to blueground in Paris. An amazing team and an amazing service for owners. Everything is taken care of, the flat is maintained, the rent is paid 1 month ahead and guaranteed, and if you have any request the team can accomodate they’ll do.Highly recommend!

Blueground gave me the option to choose a space that truly felt like home, providing all basic and important needs in a household and saving me lot of time during my move into the apartment.apartments are decorated very simply, neatly and nicely.all complaints throughout my one year stay (AC, lights, etc.) were directly solved with always an extra incentive to ensure i am happy and comfortable.only thing i struggled with was the cleaning of the house and the washing/drying machine (found it too expensive for what it was).would definitely move back into a blueground apartment again if in a country they operate in, and would most definitely recommend it!

These guys know what they are doing and go the extra mile. Everything went smoothly from booking, arrival to checkout. The apartment in downtown was nicely furnished, we stayed there for a month then asked to move to another apartment in marina - which was handled smoothly. Great customer service as we had some questions prior to and after booking and all of them were resolved quickly and very friendly. During the stay had to call customer service once as the building management wanted access for some maintenance issues and they took care of it straight away without us needing to get involved

They have furnished their apartments so nicely and in a comfortable way but it does not make up for the unreasonable and horrible treatment received by their staff. They are almost impossible to contact and once contacted extremely rude and not helpful. The company is also not transparent about their pricing they add on expenses and once you question it, they stop being responsive and proceed to deduct the money anyways. 3 out of the 4 apartments I stayed in ad maintenance problem rom the bedroom to the kitchen and one of them had no lights working !I have lived in the UAE my whole life and its safe to say this is the worst experience with hospitality I have yet to receive DO NOT stay with them

Overall I had a fantastic experience with these guys. The whole process was so effortless (all the way from booking to checkout) and the apartment was even nicer than the photos showed. I had a problem with the AC and they got someone to fix it immediately on the same day! Would definitely recommend these apartments.

The team helped us pick an apartment in an excellent location (within walking distance from the metro station and marina mall). The representatives I spoke with were not helpful at all. I asked repeatedly for a clear list of charges so as to avoid any surprises, yet of course there were surprise charges. I also had no idea they would be bringing other customers to tour the space while Im living in it.Who does that? This is supposed to be a hotel serviced unit, and I am supposed to relax and enjoy my stay.Of course AFTER we paid, and gave them our passports and everything they requested, we find all these things out. Blueground is very sneaky, they dont disclose things upfront and hope you wont notice it in the contract.So I canceled my reservation without signing the contract, and they still charged my credit card! When I finally received my refund, it wasnt for the full amount.Stay away from this rental company!

Their apartments are dirty and not clean. When moved in I faced so many problems. I was there on holiday and they had to send so many technicians to fix things.Best is to stay in an hotel apartment which is much cleaner and safer.

Terrible service! For a super expensive studio in Botanica JBR Dubai we payed top dollar, only 30m2.. They charged 550aed (145$) for cleaning which is crazy for such a small amount, and then added another 450 (120$) aed on top, because the balcony chairs needed deep cleaning because they had sand on them?!? Sand, on balcony chairs in the desert of dubai!? and we have to pay, and that much??? No service at all while trying to get a refund for this crazy 450 aed.. Never again!

Zero stars if it were possible. Be very careful!! Because what should be a relaxing and pleasant stay, could turn into a circus of chaos with strangers coming and going through the apartment everyday. (Im unsure if this is even legal to do in Dubai).1. They will bring random people into the apartment while youre staying in it. It can be daily, and it can be multiple times a day. These strangers will walk through the entire apartment, and they will open the closets, step on your bath mat with their dirty shoes, touch your pillow case, and sit on the mattress to see if its comfortable. They might even be potential thieves and the company is not liable if your belongings are lost or stolen.How is it acceptable for a company that operates as a hotel to do this? Of course you only find out AFTER youve handed them your personal information, passport, and paid for the entire stay of your lease, because its only after full payment that they send you the contract terms.2. They do not disclose all their fees. They send a line item list of charges and fees, and still I asked just to make sure: will there be any additional fees or costs other than this list? Their response was: no, these are all the charges and fees. Okay, low and behold, AFTER they take your personal information, passport and credit card payment for the lease duration in advance, then you discover there are additional fees that will be taken from your deposit!3. These apartments are not cheap. They are being leased at a rate much higher than market value. So they are much more expensive than a furnished rental thats being rented by an individual. Yet, even with the bonus profits, they still dont treat the customer with respect, and instead operate in a very sneaky way.4. If you try to ignore or decline when they will bring people to tour the apartments, they will still come. Yes, they will enter the apartment when youre not at home. And they will charge you a minimum fine of 5000aed or more!!There are plenty of other companies who lease furnished apartments that do not have these horrible conditions in their contracts. If you ignore my review and decide to stay here, read the fine print very, very carefully.Ps. They did NOT give me a full refund. Whoever responded to my review is lying.

I has to cancel flights, gathering and summer plans due to their team negligebce behavior of not letting me know in advance for my next move stay in a new flat. They breached the contract agreement and no one cared about looking after me instead they tried to play with the prices and asking more instead of taking care of the client. It’s a very materialistic business. I love their furniture but their customer care and sales team are very disappointing !! Sales team and country manager traveled during my shift and there was no one in office to sign the contract with and review my previous contract. I asked for office appointment they rejected it saying all are in vacation now. Where as because of them I couldn’t travel. I had to stay longer than a month more not knowing what to do. Although I have them heads up about my move two months in advance ( where as they contract says one month in advance is enough ) before my move by a day the sales team asked if I would renew and gave me the sad fact and incident that I wouldn’t be able to shift to the new flat I have reserved two month earlier.They used my previous contract deposit without informing me. They pushed me to sign the contract during my shift after taking their approval digitally which I found was very rude and in inconvenient situation. I was very unhappy and sad. Handed me the new flat with dust. Yet they were still rude in terms of the new contract where they wanted me to just follow their lead without any discussion or office meet to discuss the contract.They ruined my holidays. They just pushed me hard to sign the contract during my move digitally which I found was very rude. I was ina chaos in unfortunate circumstance yet they couldn’t think of my comfort but how they could take what they need only without giving me what I need and deserve ( good customer care and human gesture ) very sad and disappointed ( broken heart ) I think this is a vey materialistic business where as they grab people attention by the furniture and leave them unhappy and unsatisfies without even inviting them to offfice to discuss matters and make them happy. No body cares about your feelings in blueground!

They have sent the technician to fix the ac which I required to be done prior to my shift in. They have came today to fix the AC 11am. No one from blueground made sure things went right or wrong I have reported that the temperature since the technician has left gotten worst they haven’t even checked their WhatsApp messages since morning. And now I’m sitting in a room that is highly priced under the temperature of 29.5c since morning 11am plus the living room has no curtains and we stay in the Middle East Dubai. Now it’s 9:45pm I haven’t turned the AC off and the temperature is still 28.5c. This is heart breaking and literary nobody cares from bluegrounds team.
